The Harmony Sweet Potato has a rich, mellow, harmonious tone. It is the same size as the regular Tenor Sweet Potato (with a wider mouthpiece) but consists of two separate chambers pitched a 4th apart. Each side can play one full octave using the standard four hole fingering system; however, the largest hole is moved to the back for the thumb. The left chamber is in G, the right chamber is in C, and the two voices can be played individually or simultaneously. When played together, they open up a whole new world of harmony never before experienced by most wind instrument players.
A hard case made of African Sapele is available Here
The Harmony Sweet Potato is a good choice for anyone who is already accomplished on another woodwind, but beginners should learn one of the single ocarinas first, then step up to the Harmony. See the fingering chart Here
Each instrument comes in a thick corduroy drawstring carrying bag for protection. Links to fingering charts and care instructions can be found HERE.
